In this strategic role you will lead a multi-year manufacturing transformation focused on modernizing operations improving flow and enhancing overall performance.
You will work in a complex and fast-paced environment where leadership and operational excellence are critical.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operations & Flow Optimization
- Redesign workspaces production cells and logistics areas.
- Support transformation projects across manufacturing assembly and testing.
Standardization & Digital Manufacturing
- Develop and deploy standard work and planning processes.
- Support digital manufacturing tools rollout (MES digital instructions).
Material Flow & Inventory
- Improve internal logistics and material handling.
- Support inventory reduction initiatives.
Lean & Performance Management
- Implement Lean principles across operations.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop industrial engineering teams.
- Ensure alignment between Engineering Supply Chain and Production.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in leadership and transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing transformation programs.
- Lean / Six Sigma expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
