Set near the banks of the picturesque Hunter River the Closebourne Village retirement community offers a relaxed rural lifestyle with everything you need at your than a kilometre from the heritage town of Morpeth and 10km from Maitland this contemporary retirement village finds the perfect balance between accessibility and role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors as first point of contact supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the Village addition to this your tasks will include data management and managing enquiries from residents and Keyton we are one team and our Village Administrator will embody our values every day: Connect as One Team: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective the Opportunities: Identify and address the needs of residents and visitors promptly providing solutions and Room for Kindness: Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and the Fun: Maintain a cheerful and positive demeanour contributing to a lively and enjoyable with Heart: Interact with residents and visitors with genuine care and YouFor this role excellent diligence and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks and your strong customer service skills combined with your resilience in navigating and resolving conflicts will enable you to effectively consult with our residents and be successful in your application you will have the following;Reception/Administration experience and demonstrated customer service experienceExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and ability to pick up new systemsExperience processing Invoices and Purchase Orders Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasksA customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide helpful and friendly serviceWillingness to learn and professionally developA professional initiative-taking and can-do attitudeFirst Aid CPR or willing to obtainReady to Join the FunIf youre passionate about providing exceptional customer service to a vibrant and caring community for independent living seniors wed love to hear from you!
