The successful candidate will be providing customer service comfort and support to our residents when they need is the Village Manager your duties will include:Assisting with our colourful village eventsAssisting to serve meals & beveragesResponding to resident enquiriesResponding to call outsProviding first aidInitiating emergency services where requiredBasic admin tasksConducting welfare checks on residentsShiftsShifts will primarily include afternoon shifts that will continue onto an overnight (sleepover) shift. There will also be additional shifts on weekends. Additional assistance maybe required for leave do sleepover shifts workAfternoon shift: 4pm 8.30pm (sleepover) and 6:30am 8: Shifts:Day shift on weekdays: 10:30am 1:30pmDay shifts on weekends: 8am 4pmAbout YouThe successful candidate will be enthusiastic committed dependable and have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A professional and positive approach is required at all times to ensure that all residents needs are met. A background in either hospitality or aged care would be advantageous although not essential as well as having the following:A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)The ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressureBe motivated and able to take initiativeBasic computer skillsReady to Join the FunIf youre calm under pressure love a varied customer service role and are committed to creating a secure and caring environment wed love to hear from you.
