The Brighton on Bay is a vibrant premium retirement community ideally located on Bay Street in the heart of Brighton. With cafés shops supermarkets public transport and the beach all just steps away it offers an exceptional lifestyle setting that residents truly a Village Administrator youll work within a welldesigned resortstyle environment featuring peaceful outdoor spaces elegant communal areas and outstanding amenities including an indoor heated pool spa gym and this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents visitors and contractors. You will deliver exceptional customer service support the Village Manager across administrative and operational functions and help maintain a safe organised and engaging community responsibilities include:Providing professional courteous customer service to residents visitors and contractorsManaging reception duties and responding to incoming enquiriesSupporting the Village Manager with administrative tasks and daytoday operationsMaintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicingCoordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS complianceConducting resident welfare checks and managing followups where requiredPreparing newsletters and community communicationsAssisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activitiesConfidently acting as the onsite point of contact and overseeing daily village operations in the absence of the Village ManagerCarrying out adhoc operational or residentsupport duties as directed by the Village Manager ShiftsThursday: 9am to 5pmFriday: 9am to 5pmThis role may involve providing additional coverage during periods of leave so candidates who are open to flexible shift arrangements with prior notice will be well YouFor this role you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks. Your strong customer service skills will allow you to effectively consult with our residents and visitors.
