Job Summary

Job Description:

Your role will be to oversee project teams and the delivery of quantitative research projects and ensuring high-quality outputs across all stages of the research process.

You will act as the primary point of contact with clients on day-to-day project delivery ensuring their needs are met while escalating and aligning with the Project Lead where appropriate.

You will be responsible for shaping the research approach including input into project scope and questionnaire design (as well as directly contributing to writing questionnaires where required) ensuring alignment with client objectives and business questions.

You will oversee and the analysis and reporting process while also contributing hands-on where needed ensuring deliverables are clear insight-led and delivered to a consistently high standard.

You will co-lead and develop the India-based research team with responsibility for performance management personal development training and recruitment ensuring high levels of engagement.

You will be responsible for the quality of the work completed by the team you manage setting clear expectations for quality and consistency and provide feedback and coaching to ensure the team delivers to the required standards.

You will write proposals identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to revenue generation.

You will also help shape team strategy and ways of working ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives and best-practices.
