Job Summary
Location – Chennai (looking for resources in Chennai only)
Candidate should meet the following criterions -
• Transition Management: Ability and experience to lead and execute large-scale F&A transitions into the Global Business Services (GBS) setup.
• Multi-Channel Migration: Manage migrations coming from Headquarters (HO) Regional Offices other GBS locations and third-party outsourcing agencies.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for complex local and global client stakeholders.
• Domain Expertise: Strong background in Finance & Accounting operations and governance.
• Methodology: Proven track record in structured Program Management and transition frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to navigate global matrix organizations.
