Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B. Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

  • 8-12 years in engineering capital equipment sales (e.g. DG/HVAC/Pumps/Electrical machineries capital equipments ).
  • Experience in DG Set sales is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Market Expansion:

  • Enhance and expand the sales network across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • Increase market coverage and ensure higher sales participation.
  • Manage and achieve a higher market share within the region.

2. Team and Field Sales Management:

  • Manage the retail sales team effectively.
  • Oversee field sales operations to ensure targets are met.

3. Consultant Management:

  • Develop and manage relationships with consultants to drive segmental sales improvement.
  • Leverage consultant networks to increase sales opportunities.

4. Market Knowledge:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the DG market to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
