As an intern at Odolution you will support the team in understanding business requirements and learning how Odoo ERP is used to optimise business operations. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn adapt quickly and build a strong foundation in ERP systems.

Responsibilities
- Learn how business processes work in real-world scenarios
- Support in configuring Odoo modules under guidance
- Help in documentation (SOPs workflows notes)
- Assist in basic system configuration and testing
- Participate in trainings demos and client discussions
- Assist in analysing client requirements and system behaviour
Must Have
- Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in Commerce Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business processes (Sales Purchase Inventory Accounting)
- Strong willingness to learn adapt and grow quickly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for learning and productivity
Nice to have
- Ability to use AI for research documentation and understanding concepts faster
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Academic exposure to business systems
- Basic Programming Knowledge
- Familiarty with Python Programming
