As the Service Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations within our service center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for automotive service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and department efficiency
- Supervise and coach service technicians and advisors to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care
- Coordinate with parts and sales departments to optimize service delivery and inventory management
- Develop and implement service policies procedures and performance standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor service department budget including labor costs parts inventory and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar role within a dealership or automotive service center.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with service management software and dealership systems is a plus.
