In this dynamic environment we are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist(SeniorAssociate level) to join ourMarketing & Communicationteam in Athens.The role focuses on delivering targeted compliant and performance driven email campaigns that support business priorities stakeholder engagement and customer lifecycleobjectives.
Make a real impact
Plan build test and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Develop automated and triggered email journeys aligned with customer lifecycle stages and campaign objectives
Manageone-offcommunications newsletters event invitations and transactional or informational sends
Create and manage data extensions subscriber lists and segmentation logic to ensureaccuratetargeting and personalization
Support the use of dynamic content and personalization rules to enhance relevance and engagement
Build responsive email templates and content within Marketing Cloud collaborating with design and content teams as
Conduct QA checks to ensure accuracy brand alignment and technical integrity before deployment
Proofread email content to ensure accuracy clarity tone of voice and brand alignment prior to deployment
Monitor email performance metrics (deliverability opens clicks conversions) and prepare performance reports and insights
Run A/B tests on subject lines content and timing tooptimisecampaign effectiveness
Translate insights into clear recommendations for continuous improvement
Monitor deliverability sender reputation and data quality and escalating issues where necessary
Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements and email marketing best practices
What you bring matters
4-6yearsof professional experience in Email Marketing withina Marketing Department - Professional Services Marketing and/or B2B Marketing will be considered a plus
Strong hands-on experience with all features of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Solid understanding of email marketing principles automation segmentation and lifecycle marketing
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS within Marketing Cloud
Experience in campaign reporting analytics and performance optimization
Data driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into action
Strong attention to detail and quality control particularly in regulated or high visibility communications
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel
Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with marketing content CRM and data stakeholders
Proactive solution-oriented approach witha strong senseof accountability
Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning particularly around Salesforce and email innovation
