Job Summary
Are you a Dutch speaker who thrives in fast-paced digital environments Were looking for an enthusiastic support specialist to assist Dutch-speaking users of a globally recognised social media platform. Based in Athens youll be at the heart of online community support.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Dutch speaker (C1/C2); good English proficiency required
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent written communication with strong attention to tone and detail
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking users with account privacy content and platform inquiries
- Review and respond to escalated support tickets in a timely manner
- Ensure responses align with platform guidelines and community standards
- Identify and escalate policy violations or urgent safety concerns
- Support users through complex cases requiring clear empathetic communication
