Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated customer support professional to join our international team. Based on-site in Athens Greece you will assist customers in their native language and deliver outstanding service every day.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital communities
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking users with account privacy content and platform inquiries
- Review and respond to escalated support tickets in a timely and empathetic manner
- Ensure all responses align with platform guidelines and community standards
- Identify and escalate policy violations or urgent safety concerns
- Handle sensitive cases with care professionalism and clear communication
