- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Assist Brazilian Portuguese-speaking users with account privacy content and platform inquiries
- Review and respond to escalated support tickets in a timely and empathetic manner
- Ensure all responses align with platform guidelines and community standards
- Identify and escalate policy violations or urgent safety concerns
- Handle sensitive cases with care professionalism and clear communication
