Job Summary

Requirements

Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
Interest in consumer goods or FMCG industry
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

Handle Brazilian Portuguese-speaking customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Resolve product order and account-related queries professionally
Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
Contribute to team quality targets and customer satisfaction goals
