Job Summary
Do you have strong attention to detail and enjoy helping customers protect their purchases Were looking for a German-speaking warranty support specialist to join our team on-site in Athens Greece and assist customers with product warranty and protection queries.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess product issues
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Handle German-speaking customer inquiries about warranty coverage and claims
- Assess and process warranty requests accurately and within set timelines
- Guide customers through the claims process step by step
- Liaise with repair centres and logistics partners
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty cases
