Job Summary
Are you a Dutch-speaking professional with an interest in the automotive world Join our team on-site in Athens Greece and provide first-class support to customers of a major global automotive brand.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Interest in the automotive industry or vehicle technology
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Support Dutch-speaking customers with vehicle-related inquiries warranties and service bookings
- Assist with roadside assistance requests and ownership queries
- Guide customers through digital tools and owner portals
- Coordinate with dealership networks and technical specialists on escalations
- Maintain high quality and accuracy in all customer interactions
