Job Summary
Enjoy shopping helping people and working from home Were looking for a Dutch-speaking e-commerce support advisor to assist customers of one of the regions leading online retail platforms fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Passion for e-commerce retail or fashion
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with orders returns deliveries and account queries
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams on order status updates
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Identify patterns in common issues and share feedback with team leads
