About the Role

Join the team as a German-speaking Customer Service Agent a global leader in device protection. Youll assist customers with claims provide solutions and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems communicates with empathy and wants to grow within a high-performing service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and chat
  • Process claims from start to finish including repairs and replacements
  • Handle complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Log case notes accurately and maintain CRM data (Salesforce)
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR and internal policies
  • Coordinate with repair partners and internal teams for timely resolution
  • Contribute to continuous service and process improvements

Requirements

  • German C1 (native or near-native preferred)
  • Clear empathetic and structured communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a first-contact resolution mindset
  • High attention to detail and multitasking capability
  • Proficiency with PC systems (Windows MS Office CRM claims tools)
  • Typing: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
  • Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage complex cases

Training & Development

All onboarding is done in-person to guarantee a smooth start:

  • 2 weeks induction training
  • 2 weeks nesting/on-the-job practice
  • Continuous refresher training throughout employment

Compensation & Bonuses

Base Salary

  • 1300 EUR gross/month

Monthly Performance Bonus

  • Up to 200 EUR gross (productivity-based)

One-Time Bonuses

  • 450 EUR gross training completion bonus
  • 450 EUR gross loyalty bonus after 12 months

Total Monthly Compensation

  • MIN: 1300 EUR
  • MAX: 1500 EUR (with full productivity bonus)
