Job Summary

Job Position: HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive

Salary Up To RM5000

Location: Kota Kemuning Shah Alam

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment onboarding offboarding and maintenance of employee records.
  • Manage payroll coordination attendance leave administration and statutory compliance.
  • Administer HR policies employee relations and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle layoffs/retrenchment and union-related matters.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training and audit records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws company policies and audit requirements.
  • Support employee welfare safety and general HR administration.
  • (Senior HR Executive) Advise Management and handle HR and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field or equivalent education training and experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
  • Preferably with knowledge and experience in employment law and government compliance regulations.
  • Are able to communicate effectively in Chinese English and Malay; Mandarin language proficiency is A MUST to effectively communicate with top management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations.
  • Independent proactive and strong in execution.
  • Good time management and self-discipline.
  • Trustworthy impartial and objective in handling HR matters.
  • Strong critical evaluation and problem-solving skills.
