Job Position: HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive
Salary Up To RM5000
Location: Kota Kemuning Shah Alam
Job Descriptions:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment onboarding offboarding and maintenance of employee records.
- Manage payroll coordination attendance leave administration and statutory compliance.
- Administer HR policies employee relations and disciplinary actions.
- Handle layoffs/retrenchment and union-related matters.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training and audit records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws company policies and audit requirements.
- Support employee welfare safety and general HR administration.
- (Senior HR Executive) Advise Management and handle HR and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field or equivalent education training and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in employment law and government compliance regulations.
- Are able to communicate effectively in Chinese English and Malay; Mandarin language proficiency is A MUST to effectively communicate with top management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations.
- Independent proactive and strong in execution.
- Good time management and self-discipline.
- Trustworthy impartial and objective in handling HR matters.
- Strong critical evaluation and problem-solving skills.
