We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Executive (Payroll) to manage end-to-end payroll administration. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining proper payroll records in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records including attendance leave overtime and allowances.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF SOCSO EIS and PCB.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate payroll reports and support finance with payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration. Fresh graduates with strong interest in payroll are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements including EPF SOCSO EIS and PCB.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using payroll systems or HRIS tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of payroll reporting and reconciliation processes.
