Position: Account Executive/ Finance Executive
Salary Up To RM5000
Location: Kota Kemuning Shah Alam
Job Descriptions:
- Undertake any and all duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements general ledger and accounts including P&L balance sheet and other financial reports.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation case of discrepancy investigate and make necessary adjustments
- Liaise closely with Operations team on cash collection related issues and problems to minimize cash shortages and losses
- Ensure all documents are recorded and files timely and adequately.
- Cash flow management monitoring bank balance petty cash claims and bank reconciliation.
- Managing banking facilities.
Key Competencies
- Good interaction skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong computing skills and advanced MS Office skills especially Excel
- Attention to detail and the ability to work logically consistently and accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and discipline to meet deadlines.
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English Mandarin Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): SAP B1 added advantage
