Job Summary
Job Position: Finance Executive/ Account Executive
Salary Up To RM7000
Location: Klang
Job Descriptions:
- Accountable to prepare month end closing and monthly management report and possess the ability to analyze financial data.
- Able to maintain general ledger account receivable ledger and account payable ledger and maintain proper filing of other related documents.
- Manage accounts receivable and all related matters.
- Monitor and follow up monthly expenses - utilities rental other bills issuing receipt and processing expenses request
- Prepare weekly accounting report of account receivables related.
- To ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with Companys policies and accounting standards and statutory requirement.
- Preparation of cash flow month end schedules and all other related works
- Managing and monitoring metrics and KPI tracking for the financial department.
- Liaise with auditors tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when it is required
- Any other duties as and when assigned by HOD from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy or in related field.
- At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia English Mandarin
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Able to meet deadlines and results oriented
