Job Summary
Job Position: Account Executive/ Finance Executive
Salary Up To RM4000
Location: Pasir Gudang
Job Descriptions:
- Preparation overall management account with various monthly reports from production warehouse shipping marketing and account. Verify with respective PIC if the records do not tally.
- Responsible for month end closing and monthly management report
- Assist to prepare financial analysis for Groups quarterly and yearly reporting purpose
- Responsible for yearly audit exercise prepare the financial statements and corporate tax submission
- Assisting in setting up internal control
- Ensure accounting records are compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Perform accounting analysis for accruals account payables account receivables and reconciliations. Provide appropriate accounting information to management when needed. Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Experience working with Microsoft office NAV
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings in a thoughtful and concise manner
- Ability to work and think entrepreneurially and independently with strong time and information management skills
- Detailed oriented and able to follow up on tasks
- Required language(s): Mandarin Bahasa Malaysia English
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
