Job Summary

Role Purpose

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role focuses on executing the full spectrum of HR functionsprimarily Payroll Recruitment Employee Relations and Compliancewhile ensuring alignment with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: Sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Handle foreign worker and expatriate management (work permit renewals visa processing accommodation).
  • Conduct new hire orientation and manage the confirmation process.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (IR)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary issues domestic inquiries (DI) grievances and misconduct cases.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 45 years of relevant HR experience preferably in a generalist or operations role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws HR best practices and statutory requirements.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English Malay and Mandarin is an advantage); strong organizational problem-solving and time management abilities; ability to work independently handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
