Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Handover
Lead the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a seamless transition and thorough handover to the team.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide regular feedback and guidance to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Motivate and mentor the team enhancing their capabilities and performance.
Operational Oversight
Manage day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian accounting standards.
Software Proficiency
Utilize popular accounting software including Xero MYOB NetSuite and QuickBooks Online to manage client accounts and reporting.
Issue Resolution
Address and resolve client queries and issues efficiently ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Compliance & Procedures
Adhere to ISO policies and procedures maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in Australian accounting with at least 2 years in a team leadership role within a KPO environment.
Client Interaction
Proven experience in handling voice calls and correspondence with foreign clients.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting CA/CS/ACCA (Inter/Qualified).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero MYOB NetSuite and QuickBooks Online.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Leadership Abilities
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and grow a team independently.
Benefits:
