Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Team Lead who brings strong expertise across Zoho products and can lead implementation projects from kickoff to delivery. This role requires a mix of project management client handling and team leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
Own end-to-end delivery of Zoho implementation projects (CRM Creator Books Projects etc.)
Lead and manage a team of implementation executives and developers
Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions
Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and with high quality
Drive daily stand-ups sprint planning and progress tracking (Agile environment)
Identify risks dependencies and proactively resolve project challenges
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations custom functions and automation
Maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal and client stakeholders
Improve processes and contribute to scaling delivery operations

25 years of experience in Project Management / Team Handling
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Books Zoho Projects etc.)
Proven experience managing developers and implementation teams
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of business workflows and process automation
Ability to manage multiple projects in a startup high-growth environment
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
