Job Title: SAP EHS Team Lead
Location: Ban/Hyd/Pune India
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Role Overview/Job Responsibilities
The SAP EHS Team Lead will lead the Environment Health and Safety (EHS) workstream during the ECC to S/4HANA upgrade ensuring compliant EHS process adoption data readiness and smooth transition to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EHS process design and remediation for S/4HANA
- Drive fit-to-standard workshops and regulatory compliance alignment
- Manage EHS data migration testing and validation activities
- Coordinate with logistics production and compliance teams
- Act as the primary EHS escalation point during the upgrade
Key Skills & Experience:
- 8 12 years of SAP EHS functional experience
- Strong exposure to SAP EHS in ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Experience leading EHS workstreams in ECC to S/4HANA upgrades
- Strong stakeholder coordination and compliance knowledge
