Business Development Specialist, Greater Bay Area
Job Summary
- Coordinate with project teams to prepare proposals marketing and presentation materials for projects in the Greater Bay Area
- Monitor and maintain system database
- Prepare regular reports
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Strategic & Growth Greater Bay Area
- Assist in other job duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Fresh graduate with Bachelors degree or above in urban planning urban design or landscape architecture or relevant fields.
- Knowledge or internship experience in the architectural / urban planning industry is desirable
- Native in Mandarin Chinese; Be articulate in the vocabularies / phrases used in communication in Mainland China
- Excellent command of written and spoken English ideally with international exposure in previous education;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential; ability to communicate well with project teams and clients
- Self-motivated and hands-on team-player with the ability to multitask able to work with initiative and unsupervised
- Flexible detailed minded able to follow guidelines and deliver
- Proficient in PowerPoint InDesign Adobe Illustrator and other design software is an advantage
