Job Summary
Management and execution of consumer activation & point of sales material
- Set up plan and execute consumer activations while ensuring clear professional communication with all participants
- Gather consumer insights sales data consumption statistics and visibility plan to identity campaign success and learnings
- Manage premium quality of POS communication according to different touchpoints and the implementation of Red Bulls trade marketing and consumer activation plan
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing Headquarter team Agencies and Sales Managers to understand and implement global POS guidelines that meet local needs
Participate and support in the planning and execution of brand campaigns
- Co-responsible for occasion campaign concept cartoon selections tailored messaging and activations across various consumption scenarios and moments
- Support on brand design and execution of the highest quality across channels campaigns and events
- Provides advertising campaign implementation support to the Brand Manager while being in constant communication with Media Agency.
- Manage cartoon and product commercial production including copy selection translation recording and mixing with agencies.
- Compile pre and post campaign reports to capture learnings and actions for future initiatives.
Support on marketing campaign administrative work ad hoc tasks and business planning
- Contribute to Red Bulls marketing department in connection with campaigns product launches events and creators
- Manage daily administrative reporting competitor tracking meeting and deadline stock & tools management system input in business cycles and Friends of Red Bull engagement
- Consolidate and support logistic arrangement for campaign events sampling kits creators indirect sampling initiatives and product delivery
- Assist marketing team on research gather insights talent scouting communication on building an innovative winning more consumers
- Support the Marketing Team to act as a key contributor to yearly and long-term business planning
Support on consumer research analysis and reporting
- Translate data from trial and awareness studies into clear reports with analysis and recommended actions
- Analyze focus group findings and key market indicators to identify insights and develop actionable steps
- Gather and interpret consumer insights to support decisionmaking and future planning
Qualifications :
- 1-year experience working in international brands or branding agencies particularly in brand management
- Attention to detail in branding elements
- Effective internal & external stakeholder management (within Asia and Europe)
- Structured and well organized capable of managing multiple projects at the same time
- Strong communication skills including written verbal and presentations
- Strong planning prioritization and project management competencies
- Energetic positive can-do attitude focused on delivering results
- Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines
- Team player creative excellent communicator open-minded ingenious innovative and self-motivated
Additional Information :
Minimum of University Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Fluency in Cantonese & English (verbal & written)
