Job Description: Live Chat Operator
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers in a professional manner
- Collect customer feedback and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in using live chat software and customer support tools
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Experience in handling live chat inquiries is a plus
