Role Description
We are looking for a relationship-driven Sales Executive to join a fast-paced team. This role focuses on developing new business managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions across media events and sponsorship offerings. The successful candidate will take ownership of a sales pipeline engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Conduct market research and identify client needs
- Present tailored solutions and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and delivery
Requirements
- 23 years experience in B2B sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in solution/consultative selling
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong research and market understanding skills
- High levels of professionalism integrity and reliability
Preferred
- Experience in media events or publishing
- Existing client base or industry network
- Exposure to CRM systems
