- Drive sales growth and revenue generation across assigned market segments through strategic planning and proactive execution
- Identify pursue and convert new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and consultative selling approaches
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders to maximize account potential
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-up on all inquiries
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing operations and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery
- Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM systems ensuring transparency and enabling data-driven decision-making
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and performance metrics while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and competing demands with efficiency and organization
Qualifications :
**Required Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a sales or client-facing sales role preferably in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goals
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify analyze and convert sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and assertive approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organized and proactive with strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and independent with the ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in territory management and sales forecasting
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and prospecting techniques
- Background in relationship building and account management within a corporate sales environment
- Knowledge of the Johannesburg market and local business landscape
- Experience with sales analytics and performance reporting tools
- Certification in sales methodologies or professional sales training
- Track record of successfully launching new products or services to market
