Job Summary
National transport and truck rental company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow fleet rental business
- Identify and secure new clients
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Negotiate contracts pricing and service level agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports
- Attend client meetings presentations and networking events
