Job Summary
Location: Crewe Cheshire Salary: 32833.50 per year Shifts: 2 days on / 4 days off

Join Homes for Support and be part of a team supporting young people in a structured active and supportive environment.
This is a hands-on role where youll be out and about supporting daily routines and activities and helping young people build independence and confidence.
What Youll Be Doing
Supporting children and young people with day-to-day routines and activities
Taking part in driving appointments and community-based support
Being part of a tight-knit team on shift
Keeping things structured calm and consistent
Building positive professional relationships
What Were Looking For
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Reliable calm and practical approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn - full training provided
Pay & Benefits

2 on / 4 off rota (great work-life balance)
Only 10 working days per month
