Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and customers (hardware software and system queries)
- Handle product and application questions both pre- and post-sale
- Log track and resolve technical issues escalating when necessary
- Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
- Assist with product testing compliance checks and documentation
- Support internal training and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in engineering IT or computer-based systems
- Previous experience in technical support helpdesk or customer-facing support
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Proactive motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
