In this position the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution of projects by managing schedules during the project execution stage and contributing to the on-time delivery.Job Description
What youll do
- Manage detailed schedules for hydropower EPC projects.
- Build scenarios to optimize schedules and secure delivery while managing costs.
- Define the project strategies with the project core team.
- Review and update project schedules as per latest strategy changes to support decision-making processes.
- Identify deviations to the schedule and animate discussions to find solutions.
- Identify and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts bottlenecks and risks proposing appropriate mitigation measures to ensure project success at the execution stage.
- Ensure adherence to contractual clauses regarding planning and deliverables.
- Present and discuss project planning and progress to customers and management.
- Prepare planning reports for internal and customer use.
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- University graduation in engineering production engineering project management or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EPC projects planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling principles techniques and methodologies.
- Good knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
What will make you stand out
- Knowledge of hydropower projects lifecycle.
- Experience with Lean and Last Planner System.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Own a Scheduling or Project Management certification (ex. PMI-SP PMP AACE-PSP)
