Job Summary

Our client Skylight Codeworks is looking for Technical Project Manager in Lahore.

Skylight Codeworks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in project management within a technical or software development environment.

You will be responsible for managing projects coordinating with development teams ensuring timely delivery and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The candidate should have a good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and be comfortable using project management and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan manage and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with developers designers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and sprint cycles.
Organize and lead daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Communicate project updates risks and milestones with clients and internal teams.
Ensure project documentation and reporting are properly maintained.
Identify potential project risks and propose solutions proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in technical project management or a related role.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira Trello Asana ClickUp or similar tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Basic understanding of software development processes.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with software development teams.
Familiarity with Slack Microsoft Teams or other collaboration tools.
Ability to manage client communication and expectations.
