Job Summary

Our client Findly is looking for Project Management Lead in Lahore.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead project planning sessions basing strategies on client requirements project objectives and company goals.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques ensuring that the project stays on track.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Lead or in a similar role managing projects in a fast-paced business environment.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time-management.
Exceptional knowledge of change management principles.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with project management software tools (e.g. MS Project Jira).
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration Management or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
