Provide guidance and leadership to sub-region Project Quality Managers (PQM) during tendering and project execution phases.
Verify contractual requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.
Establish and execute project quality plan witness-points quality records for compliance with contract.
Facilitate sharing of project lessons learned with the projects and functions quality resources.
Lead continuous improvement of project quality operations and programs including standardization quality management document management standard work process improvement and maintenance of tools for the Project Quality Management team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality & Quality Management
Ability to travel and work in the sub-region countries as required.
Direct Customer-facing negotiation and service experience.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
Established project management skills.
People leader experience.
