- Relevant experience in graphic design customer support or within the print/signage industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good command of spoken and written English
- Basic understanding of artwork files and print-ready specifications (e.g. size resolution bleed color formats)
- Attention to detail particularly when reviewing and handling artwork files
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers from order placement through to final dispatch ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Process online orders and review submitted artwork files to ensure they meet print-ready specifications
- Communicate with customers to address artwork issues share updates and obtain timely approvals on proofs
- Prepare and send accurate PDF proofs ensuring clarity and alignment with customer requirements
- Implement minor artwork corrections where required to meet production standards
- Coordinate closely with prepress and production teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and meet defined deadlines
- Monitor order progress and proactively keep customers informed about status updates until final dispatch
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely professional and customer-focused manner
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy attention to detail and service quality
