About The Role
We are seeking an experienced data-driven Marketing Manager to lead digital and campaign strategy with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment enjoys testing and iterating and can make informed decisions based on data insights without requiring heavy management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
Drive lead generation across multiple channels
Analyse campaign performance and optimise accordingly
Manage platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook and email marketing tools
Build and manage marketing automation systems
Oversee campaign execution including ads landing pages email and content
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners
Report on performance metrics and ROI

Requirements

35 years experience in digital marketing
Experience managing a team
Strong experience with paid media especially LinkedIn and Facebook
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools such as HubSpot Salesforce Everlytic and Google platforms
Understanding of landing pages funnels and conversion optimisation
Exposure to AI tools and marketing technologies
Strong technical mindset with an interest in systems and automation
