Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of commercially viable snack seasoning solutions from concept through to full-scale production ensuring quality efficiency and timely delivery.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the snack seasoning sector and provide technical support including troubleshooting on-site service and technical guidance.
- Manage product development projects coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth scale-up proper documentation and alignment with company standards and policies.
- Oversee RD&A (Research Development & Applications) initiatives mentor and build high-performing teams optimize project portfolios and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Key Requirements
- Strong foundation in scientific and technical disciplines such as Chemistry Food Science Microbiology Process Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in product development or relevant core technologies with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Proficient in project management strategic and critical thinking problem-solving and prioritization of resources across multiple initiatives.
- Excellent leadership people management and team-building skills combined with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across multiple levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Food Science Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Advanced degrees or specialized certifications are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in product development commercialization and cross-functional collaboration within the food or FMCG sector.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written) for technical reporting presentations and stakeholder engagement.
