Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Manage scheduling for appointments meetings and conference rooms.
- Maintain a neat organized and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office representative receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
