Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative based in our Houston regional office and reporting to the Regional Sales Director plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer support while driving sales growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to launch a career in a highly respected sales organization while gaining valuable industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary customer contact from initial inquiry through final delivery
  • Prepare proposals and clearly communicate details to customers
  • Source materials to meet non-inventory customer requirements
  • Represent Tioga professionally in all interactions with customers vendors contractors and colleagues
  • Interpret and communicate product specifications
  • Manage orders from inquiry to fulfillment
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Proactively follow up and close sales opportunities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong business acumen with a sales-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and large data sets
  • Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude
