Job Summary

An Office Civil Field Engineer is responsible for bridging on-site operations with office-based project management ensuring construction or technical projects run smoothly safely and efficiently. They handle planning coordination and technical support both in the field and in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination
Prepare detailed work plans and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and project managers to align tasks.
Quality & Safety Oversight
Assure quality control standards are met.
Address and resolve safety issues on-site.
Cost & Resource Management
Track and manage costs materials and equipment usage.
Ensure projects stay within budget and deadlines.
Technical Support
Provide on-site troubleshooting inspections and repairs.
Collaborate with architects engineers and clients to ensure designs are executed correctly.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs of daily activities progress reports and compliance records.
Communicate updates between field teams and office management.

Required Skills
