CIB is a global business operating across multiple geographies products and client segments. As a result the team maintains a comprehensive view of the various initiatives being developed across regions and business lines with the objective of supporting the achievement of CIBs strategic goals.

About the job:

You will be a senior member of a team responsible for defining and driving CIBs strategic direction ensuring alignment with the rest of the Group. You will be involved in strategic and transformational projects within a dynamic results-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution: Lead the definition and execution of strategic projects ensuring they align with BBVA Group and RCP goals.
Transformation: Drive major transformation initiatives across various products and geographies for greater scale.
Leadership Support: Facilitate key decision-making for CIB leadership and support top management with strategic presentations and market analysis.

What are we looking for

Experience & Background:

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Sciences or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
Fluency in English (minimum C1; C2 preferred).
Proven experience in strategy and/or business development.
At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of CIB is an advantage.

High level of motivation and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
