The Opportunity
A VC-backed HR tech company 4M seed-funded 2M ARR expanding across Spain Netherlands Belgium Germany and the UK is hiring its first-ever Partnership Manager.
This is not a role that exists yet. There is no playbook. No inherited pipeline. No team to manage. Just a category-defining product a clear growth mandate and a blank page.
You will be the architect of the entire partnership engine from strategy to signed agreements with a direct line to the CEO and full commercial ownership from day one.
What Youll Own
The mandate is clear: generate 500K1M in partner-sourced revenue within 12 months scaling to 2M5M by month 24.
To get there youll build relationships across the heart of the European HR tech ecosystem:
HRIS & HCM platforms ATS platforms EOR providers PE/VC portfolio ops teams HR advisory and consulting firms
Youll define which categories to pursue first structure referral and co-sell agreements and close them from cold outreach to signed contract.

Who Thrives Here
Youve spent 48 years in BD or Partnerships at a European HR tech startup or scaleup.
You know the HRIS ATS and EOR ecosystem from the inside not as a user but as someone who has negotiated with these platforms built integrations or sold through them.
Most importantly: youve built from zero. You created a channel or function where none existed before and you have the numbers to prove it.
Youre comfortable in unstructured environments. You dont need a team behind you to move. Youre energised not paralysed by ambiguity.
Hard requirements:
Quantified partnership track record (leads generated conversion rate revenue attributed etc..)
At least one built from scratch experience (channel or function not inherited)
Series AC or bootstrapped startup experience
Fluent English (Spanish Dutch German or French is a strong plus)
Compensation
Competitive base performance bonus tied to revenue targets equity participation full relocation package if needed. Full details discussed in process.
