Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

To support our teams to expand our services and offerings within Spain we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee with a strong orientation to detail and internal client.

What youll be doing
Support in the definition and description of the companys profiles
Publication of job vacancies and CV screening
Contacting and checking candidates by phone personal interviews and placement tests
Support in the direct search for international profiles
Database management and follow-up of vacancies
Support in onboarding and monitoring the first months of new employees in the company
Support in the management of the training of our employees and associates
Support in the quality area of the HR department in Barcelona
What you bring
Degree in Psychology Law Labour Relations (completed or in process). Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.
Minimum level of English C1
Ability to organise and be autonomous
Motivation enthusiasm and positive attitude
