Job Description: Chat Support Agent at Compass Realty Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service through chat support for clients of Compass Realty Inc.
- Respond to customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Proficiency in using chat support tools and software.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support role.
Salary & Benefits:
