We are currently seeking a dedicated Chat Agent to join our team at Vibes Communications. As a Chat Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through chat communication platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat platforms.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting account inquiries and product information.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service quality.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical knowledge and proficiency with chat communication platforms.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
