We are currently seeking a dedicated Chat Agent to join our team at Vibes Communications. As a Chat Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through chat communication platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat platforms.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting account inquiries and product information.
- Maintain high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service quality.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical knowledge and proficiency with chat communication platforms.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
